Description:
The kit uses simplified construction design and is very easy to assemble. The entire boat is laser cut, which guarantees minute details with accuracy to tenths of millimeters and very precise fittings of all wooden parts. The English-language instructions are supplemented with dozens of great quality photos showing the construction step by step, giving the modeler a complete reference when assembling.
History:
In the south and southeast of the Brazilian coast, you can see boats sailing in pairs. This kind of fishing is called “Arrasto de Parelha”, or “Paired Trawlers”. The boats drag one huge single net that sweeps the bottom of the ocean, capturing up to 50tons of fish per journey. It´s one of the oldest and most popular ways of commercial fishing.
