Mantua's range of period weapon kits all feature quality hardwood, complete with brass, metal and wood fittings. The wood is all laser cut for accurate assembly and the manual is clear and detailed with comprehensive illustrations. The kits are supplied with a wooden display base complete with a brass engraved nameplate. These static models make excellent display pieces.
This Pontifical state’s typical gun takes its name from the loading system: "The Mascolo". It is a movable breech & could be loaded on the ground with iron balls or stones.
