Kit contains laser cut frames and false keel. Double planked in beech and walnut. Most fittings are cast white metal, blocks, dead-eyes and belaying pins are walnut.
At the beginning of the 19th century in America numerous vessels with racy lines were built. They were very fast and easy to head: the famous schooners of Baltimore. They were either busy as coast-guards coping with illegal smugglers or real pirates, or used as escort vessels and troopships.
